Streptokinase

Streptokinase is a white or white amorphous powder, easily soluble in water and normal saline, and is very unstable in dilute solutions. The aqueous solution is deactivated after 12h in the refrigerator and should be used immediately at room temperature. Optimal ph7.3 ~ 7.6, reversible inactivation can occur when the solution is at ph5.0, and irreversible inactivation occurs above ph9.0. The powder is stored at 2 ~ 80C and sealed for up to 2 years. This product itself has no enzyme Chemicalbook activity, and only after it interacts with the pre-plasminogen activator in the blood to form a complex can it have the properties of protease, so that the fibrinogen can be transformed into fibrinolytic enzyme, and the thrombus can be dissolved externally due to the activation of the fibrinolytic system in the plasma. It can also be mixed into fresh thrombus to dissolve the fibrin in the blood clot and cause thrombus disintegration. This product should not be violently oscillated when dissolved, so as not to reduce vitality.
