Our mung bean protein is a plant protein powder made from 100% non-GMO mung bean powder through pulping, separation, sterilization, filtration and air drying, with a protein content of more than 80%. Mung bean protein is composed of globulin, albumin and gliadin, 80% of which are globulin.
